Biography

Caterina is a member of the Digital-ICT and Data Protection department of Morri Rossetti within which she focuses on information technology and Internet law issues, data protection, e-commerce, start-up, advertising, online publishing and telecommunications. In such areas, as well as in the commercial field in general, she boasts particular expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, both at a national and international level.

Furthermore, she collaborates with the Corporate department focusing on corporate and commercial law, extraordinary corporate transactions, preparation and implementation of corporate governance and compliance models (in particular with reference to data protection).

French native speaker, Caterina advises French companies in need of legal assistance on commercial matters related to their business in Italy.

Before beginning her collaboration with Morri Rossetti e Associati, she developed several professional experiences in the corporate and commercial departments of leading Italian law firms, operating at European and international level.

Graduated in Law at the Università degli Studi di Torino with a comparative thesis in English on art law and intellectual property, she attended various San Diego University summer programs on international contracts, international arbitration and international business transactions.

Caterina also attended the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London of Georgetown University at the King’s College campus in London and received a Master Diploma in transnational commercial law.

Additionally, she attended the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé at the Université de Strasbourg, receiving two diplomas in comparative law (first and second level), as well as several executive seminars in the field of data protection.
