Biography

After graduating magna cum laude from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, Francesca worked for 10 years for one of the most important Italian firms in the industrial law field.

She then went on to become industrial law researcher at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano and qualified as Associate professor. In addition to her teaching activity in various masters programs and at the Doctoral School on the Agro-Food System of Università Cattolica, she is professor of Comparative Agro-food Law and Antitrust Law.

She is member of LES (a non-profit organization active in the field of Technology and Intellectual Property licensing - from technical know-how and patented inventions to software, copyright and trademarks) and AIPPI (Italian Association for the protection of intellectual property), as well as of the Civil Law Commission of the Milan Bar Association for legal training
