Biography

Alessia deals with the identification of the causes of the company crisis and the definition of the best recovery strategies to overcome the crisis, where possible, through the use of tools offered by the organization. She collaborates in the Restructuring e Crisi d’Impresa team.

Prior to joining in Morri Rossetti e Associati, she gained experience in the field of business technical consultancy and the criminal liability profiles of corporate governance.

She graduated in Business Economics at University Kore of Enna and in Business Economy and Legislation at University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.

Member of the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili di Milano since 2020.
