Bio

Rosa operates in the context of the business crisis and corporate restructuring through insolvency procedures aimed at preserving business continuity or liquidation of assets.

Before beginning her collaboration with Morri Rossetti e Associati, she gained her professional experience in the Tax department in an international firm based in Milan.

She obtained a master's degree in Control and Administration Area at the Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza with a thesis in bankruptcy law and labor law, concurrently she completed her practice as an accounting expert section B and the three-year practice as a statutory auditor at the MEF.
