Damiana Tortonese

Biography

Damiana provides assistance, judicial defence and legal advice in the field of criminal law, in particular, corporate criminal law and the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

She collaborates in the preparation and implementation of the Organisation, Management and Control Models and in technical support and assistance to the Supervisory Body for major companies. She has delved into the subject of anti-corruption discipline, developing competences in the drafting of procedures and training activities, also gaining expertise in relation to French regulations and in particular the Loi Sapin II.

Graduated in Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a thesis on Corporate Criminal Law, she obtained the qualification to practice law in 2022 and is Member of the Italian Bar in Milan.

Prior to joining Morri Rossetti, she gained her experience working in a law firm in Milan specialising in criminal law.
