Biography

Graduated in Business Administration, he specialized in “Procedure Concorsuali e Risanamento d’Impresa” at the Scuola di Alta Formazione of Chartered Accountants of Milan.

Fabrizio is registered at the Milan Register of Chartered Accountants, of the Technical Consultants of the Court of Milan and of the Statutory Auditors.

He is also Vice President of the Corporate Law Commission of the ODCEC in Milan.

He has been a member of the State Examinations Committee of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts at Bocconi University.

Fabrizio is the Head of the Restructuring and Business Crisis department, where he specialized after the beginning of the Italian economic crisis of 2005.

He managed business situations economically and financially in crisis working for the north and central courts of Italy.
