Biography
Federica gained a considerable experience in the field of intellectual and industrial property law and deals with judicial and out-of-court assistance whit regard of trademarks, other distinguishing signs, know-how, design, copyright and unfair competition. Because of the expertise acquired over the years, Federica is able to provide to the clients strategic advice with regard to the better exploitation of IP asset, including the Patent Box legislation.
Graduated in cultural heritages law, Federica deals also with art law. In cooperation with a team of tax consultants, cultural heritage professors, art historians and art critics, Federica provides support in the matter of, inter alia, import/export of cultural heritages, administrative disputes regarding artwork, organization of exhibitions, loan, transport and insurance of artwork. She conducts due diligence reports about private and public collection and promotion of themselves.
Before enter in Morri e Rossetti, Federica gained experience in other important law firms and, before that, she worked in design magazines, art galleries, and art foundations in Milan.
She is author of many articles in the field of intellectual property, cultural heritages and art law.
