Biography
Giuliana provides extra-judicial and judicial assistance in civil law, focusing her activity in the negotiations and drafting of commercial contracts.
She provided legal assistance on secondment to a multinational company active in the luxury perfumery and cosmetics sector, dealing with commercial contracts, day-to-day legal advice and privacy.
She graduated with honors in law at 'Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore' in Milan.
Prior to joining Morri Rossetti, she gained her professional experience in leading law firms.
Qualified as a lawyer in December 2019, she is a member of the Italian Bar Association in Milan.
