Morri Rossetti e Associati Law Firm assisted Data 4 Italy S.r.l. in a project aimed at promoting the building of new technological and energy infrastructures to ensure a significant improvement in security and operational continuity in the Data 4’s technological Campus located in the municipalities of Settimo Milanese and Cornaredo.
The Team Digital-ICT, lead by the partner Lawyer Cristina Cengia, involved in particular lawyers Carlo Impalà, for the contractual matters and Samantha Di Mauro, for the administrative law issues.
The Firm assisted in the signing of the agreement with the municipality of Settimo Milanese and with various suppliers such as Terna – Rete Elettrica Nazionale S.p.A., Engie Contracting (formerly GDF Suez) Italia S.r.l., Omega Concept Impianti e Sistemi S.p.A. and Generale Prefabbricati S.p.A.
Data 4 Italy S.r.l. was founded as a joint-venture between Alcatel and the international investment fund Colony Capital in 2006. Its project is part of a remarkable investment planned by the Data4 Group for the period 2013-2020, also concerning the Milan Campus that, with a total IT power of 60MW, will be unique in the national data center scenario – reaching the highest levels of technological capability.
