Riccardo collaborates with the Tax Advisory, Tax Litigation and Wealth Management Departments.
Before joining Morri Rossetti e Associati, he gained his professional experience first in a law firm in Tuscany, practicing law mainly in Civil Litigation, and then as a trainee at the Court of Massa, assisting and supporting two Magistrates of the Civil Section (one of whom was also a Judge at the Provincial Tax Commission of Massa).
After graduating in Law at the University of Pisa, he undertook a post-graduate specialization path addressed to the deepening of Tax Law.
He obtained a First Level Master's Degree in Lawyer of the Economy Public Manager at the same university, discussing a thesis entitled: "The tax assessment against a company extinguished" and a Second Level Master's Degree in Tax Law of the Enterprise at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan, developing a thesis entitled: "Covid-19 and transfer pricing policies: the adjustment of pricing policies to the pandemic trend.
Since 2021 he is qualified to practice law.
