Biography
Prior to joining Morri Rossetti, Antonio gained two years of professional experience at a renowned consulting company in the audit of closed-end Real Estate and Securities Investment Funds and SGRs.
Antonio graduated in Economics and Business Law - Governance, Control and Audit from the University of Pavia with a thesis entitled 'Outcomes of Bank of Italy Inspections on the Governance of SGRs'.
He started his work experience in January 2024 to qualify as a Certified Public Accountant and mainly focuses on corporate finance, management control, extraordinary transactions, asset valuation and transfer pricing.
