Giuseppe Santagata

Biography

Prior to joining Morri Rossetti, Giuseppe gained professional experience, first at Prelios, a real estate management and services company, and then taking part in the program dedicated to new graduates of Italian Stock exchange.

He graduated in Banking, Markets and Corporate Finance from Carlo Cattaneo Liuc University in Lombardy, with a thesis entitled 'Argentina's 2001 financial crisis and the contagion effect among financial markets'. Giuseppe performed a semester at the 'Universidad de Belgrano' in Buenos Aires, in order to analyze the underlying causes of the 2001 debacle.

He started his internship for the qualification as a Certified Public Accountant in January 2024 and mainly focuses on corporate finance, management control, extraordinary transactions, business valuations and transfer pricing.
