Main activities include:Public - Private Partnerships (PPP): with a focus on Project Financing, both public and private, for the realisation of public works and infrastructures. In this context, we offer: 
  • the preparation of deeds and documents necessary for participation in tenders, in the establishment of legal structures aimed at participating in tenders and the subsequent execution of works, services and supplies;
  • legal assistance in public procedures aimed at obtaining concessions of state property, among which those relating to maritime property are particularly important, as well as for the maintenance of said concessions.

• Public - Private Partnerships (PPP): with a focus on Project Financing, both public and private, for the realisation of public works and infrastructures; We offer:

• Environmental Law: providing support to major sector players in the reclamation of contaminated sites, including in the context of major real estate transactions. The experience gained also concerns:
  • waste management, atmospheric emissions (industrial and civil discharges), both in the context of environmental assessment and authorisation procedures and in the following phase aimed at ensuring their effectiveness;
  • judicial and extrajudicial assistance in favour of important companies, operating in the Italian environmental sector, for the construction and management of plants for the treatment of solid urban waste and the production of renewable energy from solid and liquid waste and agricultural biomass.

• Expropriations for public utility: in particular, procedures for the construction of major infrastructures. We offer:
  • assistance to individuals and legal entities in the entire expropriation procedure and all its phases: from the affixing of the expropriation constraint, to the emergency occupation and up to the issuance of the expropriation decree;
