We also advise on Legislative Decree 231/2001, which governs criminal administrative liability of entities. We advise on the drafting and updating of Organisational, Management and Monitoring Models under Legislative Decree 231/2001, equipping companies with the tools needed to prevent offences within the company. The department’s professionals also participate as external members of the Supervisory Bodies referred to in Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001, allowing effective control over the implementation of these models.
