We counsel and assist entrepreneurs in accessing negotiated crisis settlements, an institution in which we also act as Chamber of Commerce’s appointed Experts. Furthermore, we aid in accessing crisis regulation tools, such as, in particular, certified recovery plans, restructuring agreements, negotiated settlements (in continuity and liquidation) and tax transactions.

Our experience over the years has allowed us to handle corporate restructuring operations in the most complex scenarios, providing our Clients with expertise and consistency, offering tailor-made solutions.

On behalf of the Court, we act as Judicial Commissioners in Negotiated Arrangements and Curators in Judicial Liquidations. On behalf of the Ministry of Economic Development, we act as Liquidators in compulsory administrative liquidations. We provide consultancy services and hold assignments for the Public Prosecutor's Office and on behalf of the Judge for Preliminary Investigations. Moreover, on behalf of the Court, we receive appointments as Judicial Administrators and Judicial Liquidators of companies, as Judicial Guardians of companies’ shares or assets. 

We also act as Technical Advisors, ex officio or ex parte, in insolvency, corporate, banking or extraordinary transactions matters.
