DIALOGUES - Insolvency Directive (EU 2019/1023) on preventive restructuring frameworks

L'Osservatorio Crisi d'impresa organizza un ciclo di dialoghi (sett-dic 2021) sul tema “Direttiva Insolvency (EU 2019/1023) sui quadri di ristrutturazione preventiva (e il D.L. 118/2021 come provvedimento di adozione parziale anticipata)".
Il ciclo, la cui partecipazione è interamente gratuita previa iscrizione, si articola in cinque incontri di un paio d'ore ciascuno tra settembre e dicembre 2021.

Studiosi e professionisti della crisi di impresa si pongono l'obiettivo di analizzare il contenuto della Direttiva europea che - una volta adottata - è destinata ad influenzare nel profondo il sistema concorsuale.
