Promotion to Head of Digital ICT Team for Carlo Impalà

Carlo Impalà, senior associate lawyer of the Firm, was appointed Head of the ICT Digital Team, providing legal and fiscal assistance to Italian and international Clients active in the fields of information and communication technology, digital innovation, e-commerce, online advertising and digital marketing.

The Digital Team is a multidisciplinary group of experts who specialize in several fields of Law (IT, IP, Media, Corporate and M&A, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Tax Advisory) and offer highly innovative and customized integrated solutions.
