Emanuele Licciardi in the international webinar "People strategy for businesses in Europe and China"

On 12th June 2024, Emanuele Licciardi, head of the Firm's Labour Law and Industrial Relations Department, attended as a speaker for Italy in an international webinar together with colleagues with expertise in the same field. 

This initiative, born to share HR knowledge and strategies, aims to support anyone wishing to expand their business in the countries represented by the lawyers involved. In addition to Emanuele, the webinar feature professionals from renowned law firms in China, France, Germany, Ireland, Spain and UK.

In particular, the professionals highlight the challenges and offer advice on employment law with regard to, among other things, talent attraction and retention, tools for reorganising the workforce in case of changing market trends, and the management of particularly delicate issues, such as defensive investigations with respect to conduct in the workplace. 

All this through a multi-jurisdictional discussion aimed at providing answers both to European companies with interests in the Chinese market and to Chinese operators active in Europe.
