Our professionals lecture at Il Sole 24 Ore’s Business School

Last autumn Morri Rossetti renewed its partnership with Il sole 24 Ore’s Business School. Our professionals, coordinated by partner lawyer Cristina Cengia, are teaching classes at the 26^th edition of the Master “Diritto e Impresa”, dealing with topical matters like commercial contracts and Corporate Law.

On January 25^th, lawyers Alberto Di Alberto and Federica Longoni discussed intermediation contracts in the movement of goods and the positioning of services. With both a theoretical approach and practical examples, they mainly focused on the most recent case-law contributions concerning agency, mediation, and commission and shipping contracts.

A new class is scheduled for February 20^th, held by lawyers Stefano Mascia, Roberta Incorvaia and Francesca Giovannardi. They will address the causes and the specific resolution mechanisms for possible deadlock situations within the shareholders’ Meeting and the Board of Directors.
