Mr. Fabrizio Garofoli is going to be speaker and moderator to the event "L'Ispezione del Socio", hold by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Milan, in collaboration with ODCEC foundation.

 

The meeting will touch on the following topics:
 

- Functional and legal framework
- Boundaries and violations of the law
- Ltd non-managing partners' power of control
- Operativity
 

Finally, a practical case will be analysed.
 

The convention is going to be held in Milan at Fondazione Ambrosianeum (Sala Falck) in Via delle Ore 3, next February, 6th from 2.00 PM until 6.00 PM.
