Morri Rossetti strengthens its IP Department and launches the ‘Art and Cultural Heritage Law’ practice group, with Federica Minio, lawyer, who joins the Firm

The Firm has decided to strengthen its range of legal services in the field of Intellectual Property and to launch a new practice area in the field of Art and cultural heritage law, with Federica Minio, lawyer, who joins Morri Rossetti as a Senior Associate.

Federica has more than a decade of experience in the field of intellectual and industrial property as well as in competition law. After graduating among the first people in Italy in cultural heritage law, Federica also practices art law and, prior to beginning her legal career, worked for design magazines, art galleries and art foundations in Milan.

With respect to her IP activities, Federica Minio coordinates the IP department together with Francesca Morri, who is Of Counsel at the Firm.

Stefano Morri, lawyer, comments: ‘I am very pleased that Federica is joining our team, because she will bring additional, valuable expertise to the IP services that the firm offers to its clients – and the demand for these services is systematically growing. In addition, her professional contribution will be crucial to the Firm’s offering to its clients through its cultural heritage law practice group – an area in which we believe the market still exhibits significant growth potential’.
