Mario Buzzelli new Head of Transfer Pricing and Company Valuation department

Morri Rossetti Law Firm announces the appointment of Mario Tommaso Buzzelli as Head of Transfer Pricing and Company Valuations Department.

Mario, who has been working for years in the Firm as accountant and auditor, has an excellent expertise in the valuation of companies, branches of companies and shareholdings in support of corporate transactions as well as in evaluations for impairment testing. He gained a long experience in the field of Transfer Pricing, and also obtained a specific master's degree; he provides precious assistance to several major Italian and foreign corporate groups.

He is the author of numerous publications and articles on tax matters. He participates as a speaker at conferences and training courses organized by companies and associations.

He teaches at the Master in Tax Law of "Il Sole 24 Ore” Business School.
