Morri Rossetti assisted Apleona HSG S.p.A. in the transfer of the MEP Est Business Concern

Morri Rossetti assisted Apleona HSG S.p.A., an EQT portfolio company, in the transfer to Arco Lavori Soc. Coop. Cons. of its business concern operating in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing sector and related to the geographical area of north-eastern Italy.

As part of the business concern, the project financing for the construction of the new hospital in Treviso (Cittadella della Salute dell’Ospedale Ca’ Foncello) was transferred, one of the most important Italian project financing initiatives in the health care sector of the last years, the structuring of which was carried out, among others, by the Firm itself.
