Morri Rossetti & Franzosi appoints a new COO
Morri Rossetti & Franzosi has appointed Ferdinando Pastrello as Chief Operating Officer to support the Firm in its current phase of growth and to further strengthen its organisational structure.
Ferdinando, the Firm’s HR Manager since 2024, will work alongside the Partnership in this new phase of development, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational management – while promoting a shared culture that recognises people as the driving force behind growth and competitive positioning.
The new structure is part of the Firm’s three-year growth plan launched by the Partnership, which aims to strengthen governance and build an increasingly integrated and efficient organisation – one capable of translating strategic vision into tangible results and responding consistently to the challenges of a constantly evolving legal market.
With over ten years of experience in the HR departments of leading companies and international consultancy firms, Pastrello has held key roles in defining people management policies, organisational development, and managerial innovation. He led the creation of the “HR and Organisation” function for a prestigious Milanese banking foundation and has worked as a consultant on projects involving temporary HR management, executive search, and managerial training.
Since joining Morri Rossetti & Franzosi, he has worked directly – with the Partnership – on projects involving recruitment, talent management, change management, and team building, contributing to the strengthening of the Firm’s organisational culture.
«With the introduction of the Executive Office, we are taking an important step forward» said the Firm’s Founding Partners, Stefano Morri and Davide Rossetti. «In a context of ongoing evolution and consolidation, it has become essential to establish a structure capable of ensuring continuity, operational consistency, and effective coordination between decision-making levels, business functions, and our professionals. Ferdinando’s professionalism, combined with his experience in managing human capital and organisational processes, makes him a valuable asset in supporting the Partnership through this new phase. His appointment reflects both coherence and vision within the strategic plan we have set out.»
