Morri Rossetti advised Kruk Group in the merger Kruk Italia – Credit Base International

Morri Rossetti assisted the Polish Group Kruk in the merger of the subsidiaries Kruk Italia S.r.l.  and Credit Base International S.r.l. into a single entity. The company will have its head offices in Milan and an operational headquarter in La Spezia, where personnel increased from 30 to 150 members in a few months.

Kruk is a central Europe-based multinational leader in the field of credit management; it entered the Italian market in 2015 and purchased more than € 2.7 billion of non-performing loans from the main national credit institution in less than two years.

Morri Rossetti’s partner Dr. Daniela Pasquarelli led the team who assisted Kruk in the merger operation concerning Credit Base International S.r.l. and Kruk Italia S.r.l., with effect from July 1st 2017.
