Morri Rossetti appoints two new partners: Carlo Impalà and Francesco Rubino

The Partners’ meeting of Morri Rossetti resolved upon appointing two new partners: Carlo Impalà and Francesco Rubino.

‘The promotion of Carlo and Francesco’, comments Stefano Morri, the Firm’s founding partner, ‘is part of an investment plan in strategic departments that the partnership has been pursuing for some time, encouraging and stimulating internal professional growth and is certainly one step further in continually strengthening our practice’.

Carlo Impalà, is the head of the TMT and Data Protection Department, advising Italian and foreign clients on corporate law and corporate governance issues, commercial contracts and regulatory matters pertaining to the relevant business sectors, as well as the drafting and implementation of corporate compliance models (especially with regard to privacy and personal data protection). Francesco Rubino is the head of the Corporate Criminal Liability Department. His practice focuses on defending clients in legal proceedings as well as examining corporate criminal law aspects in tax, financial, IT and environmental matters. He is also specialised in drafting the relevant Organizational Management and Control Models and has been a member of several supervisory bodies of Italian and multinational companies. He is on the Milan editorial board for the publication of ‘Il Penalista’ published by Giuffrè, in which he has published numerous legal commentaries on criminal law.
