Morri Rossetti firm appoints two new partners: Ms. Roberta Incorvaia and Mr. Mario Buzzelli
The shareholders' meeting of Morri Rossetti firm appointed two new partners: Roberta Incorvaia and Mario Buzzelli.

Ms. Roberta Incorvaia, who has been with the firm since 2014, coordinates the Corporate M&A Department. She has gained significant experience in corporate law, extraordinary transactions and commercial contracts, as well as in corporate and debt reorganisation and restructuring. She was an expert in this field at the University of Perugia and later at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She has been teaching for many years at the Master "Diritto e Impresa" of the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School.
Mr. Mario Buzzelli, who has been with the firm since 2005, has long been the Head of the Corporate Finance Department. A Chartered Accountant and Auditor, he has been involved for many years in the valuation of companies, shareholdings and intangibles (trademarks, patents, patent box regulations, etc.), including in the context of extraordinary transactions with large Italian and foreign corporate groups. He is a member of important Boards of Statutory Auditors and a technical consultant at the Court of Milan. For many years he has been a lecturer at Masters courses organised by the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School and IPSOA.
