The Firm strengthens its range of services in the Restructuring and Corporate Crisis area with the addition of Mr. Massimiliano Poppi as a partner; he is joined by Ms. Laura Uccheddu, senior associate, and Mr. Francesco Bracco, associate.
Mr. Massimiliano Poppi, Chartered Accountant and Auditor, has a consolidated experience in the field of business crisis, corporate law and technical consultancy. He has held and still holds the positions of Judicial Commissioner, Bankruptcy Curator, Liquidation Commissioner, Judicial Custodian and is Technical Consultant for the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Milan. He also acts as Advisor in the preparatory activities and assistance to the debtor and/or the assignee in procedures of arrangement with creditors, bankruptcy agreements, debt restructuring agreements, as well as Auditor of recovery and restructuring plans. He acts as Technical Consultant for the Office or for a party in legal proceedings concerning the liability of directors and the breach of obligations arising from company and shareholder agreements. Finally, he is Coadjutor of the National Agency for the administration and destination of assets seized and confiscated from organized crime.
Ms. Laura Uccheddu carries out her professional activity in the field of insolvency and commercial law. She assists companies in a state of crisis through the use of crisis regulation tools and assists bankruptcy receivers, judicial commissioners in bankruptcy and composition with creditors, as well as liquidators in compulsory administrative liquidations.
Mr. Francesco Bracco, Chartered Accountant and Auditor, deals with insolvency law and corporate finance. Curator in bankruptcy procedures, he assists companies in a state of crisis and collaborates with Judicial Commissioners, Bankruptcy Trustees, Attestors and Technical Consultants.
