Morri Rossetti signs a partnership with EBAS (Italian Association of E-Business Professionals)

Morri Rossetti joins the Italian Association of E-Business Professionals (EBAS) as a supporting member. Morri Rossetti will make available to the Association the expertise of its TMT and Data Protection Department (a team specialising in the fields of information & communication technology, digital innovation, e-commerce, online advertising and digital marketing) as well as the other professionals of the Firm who deal with tax issues (national and international) and intellectual property, supporting EBAS through an articulated professional contribution in all legal and tax areas.

For its associates, Morri Rossetti will organise seminars and round tables, as well as making available to them the periodic tax & legal communications that the Firm prepares on wide-ranging topics relating to e-business.

The aim of this agreement is to support EBAS's institutional activities, which are intended to encourage members to keep up to date professionally, to promote digital culture and technological innovation in companies, and to stimulate discussions, meetings and debates on e-business and digital issues.

The relations between EBAS and Morri Rossetti will be held on one hand by the President Mr. Marc Sondermann and the Treasurer Mr. Enrico Fantaguzzi and, on the other hand, - as far as Morri Rossetti is concerned - by Mr. Carlo Impalà, Lawyer, Partner and Head of the TMT and Data Protection Department.

Carlo Impalà stated: "We are very pleased to be able to give our active contribution to EBAS, which for some years has been working with foresight for the development of e-business culture and skills. One of the aspects of the 'post-Covid19' economy is the further acceleration of electronic commerce and, more generally, the growth of digital business, in all sectors and by an increasingly wide range of targets, both B2B and B2C. From our point of view, therefore, it is strategic to be close to those who are at the forefront of this business".

Marc Sondermann commented: "With this collaboration we want to start the activity of updating and spreading the culture related to legal and fiscal aspects of the digital world and e-commerce.  One of the most important statutory objectives of EBAS is to contribute to the creation and dissemination of digital culture in Italy. We also believe that through this collaboration we will provide a service of great value to EBAS members. The Association, through the collaboration with the law firm Morri Rossetti, is committed to providing an information service to its members, but also to the entire community of EBAS supporters and contacts".
