Morri Rossetti strengthens administrative practice with new partner Andrea Grappelli

 Andrea Grappelli joins Morri Rossetti as Partner and Head of Administrative Law Department.

Andrea specializes in public procurement and concession contracts and has gained extensive experience operating in the field of motorway, port and airport concessions, real estate redevelopment projects and former industrial areas, as well as service and supply contracts in health sector and new technologies. 

Prior joining Morri Rossetti, Andrea collaborated with leading national firms.

Andrea graduated in Law at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court.

Andrea is a lecturer at LUISS University, and teaches in various renowned Business Schools. He is the author of several publications in the field and he’s also the President of the "Chamber of Administrative Lawyers of Rome."
