New addition to our 'Observatories' project: the Administrative Law Observatory

Morri Rossetti & Franzosi continues to enhance its 'Observatories' project - a series of specialized knowledge-sharing portals - with the introduction of the Administrative Law Observatory.

Led by the partner Andrea Grappelli, the new platform is designed to serve economic operators, public authorities, contractors, concessionaires, and companies active in sectors such as data centers, real estate development and urban regeneration, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. The observatory will provide timely insights and updates on key legislative and judicial developments at both the Italian and European levels.

Designed for both Italian and international subjects who regularly deal with administrative procedures and public entities, the Administrative Law Observatory serves as a comprehensive knowledge platform aimed at fostering more informed and efficient business practices. Special emphasis is placed on EU directives and their guiding principles, helping public and private operators navigate future developments in the sector.

Among the first initiatives of its kind in the Italian legal market, the 'Obervatories' project stands out as an editorial platform that promotes the integration of multidisciplinary expertise around specific legal themes. Its goal is to deliver highly specialized, vertical content that aligns with the evolving needs and expectations of clients. The Observatories function as catalysts of intellectual energy, reinforcing the Firm's commitment to a fully integrated, multi-specialist legal practice.

With the launch of this new portal, the project now includes ten active Observatories and over 1,000 published professional insights. As part of a multichannel strategy, each observatory is also supported by a dedicated LinkedIn page, collectively engaging more than 30,000 followers.

“The launch of the Administrative Law Observatory further broadens the specialist scope of our editorial initiative,” says Stefano Morri, Founding Partner of the Firm. “It reflects our ongoing commitment to covering strategic areas of legal practice that are crucial to the market. Administrative law, which plays an increasingly pivotal role in public-private interactions, deserves focused attention - through structured, accessible updates tailored for companies and sector professionals.”
