The Firm’s role in the 100% transfer of Editoriale Domani S.p.A. to the "Fondazione Editoriale Domani"

Morri Rossetti & Franzosi advised Editoriale Domani S.p.A., the publishing company of the Italian daily newspaper Domani and part of the group headed by engineer Carlo De Benedetti, in structuring and executing a corporate reorganization that led to the entry of the Fondazione Editoriale Domani (Editoriale Domani Foundation) into the share capital of Editoriale Domani S.p.A..

The firm, through a multidisciplinary team led by Davide Rizzo (Partner) and Valentina Bianchin (Senior Associate), assisted Editoriale Domani S.p.A. on the financial and legal aspects of the transaction, which resulted in the Fondazione Editoriale Domani acquiring full ownership of Editoriale Domani S.p.A., thereby becoming its sole shareholder.

The transaction represents the fulfillment of the entrepreneurial and cultural vision long outlined by Carlo De Benedetti, aimed at ensuring the growth of Editoriale Domani S.p.A. as an autonomous and independent publishing project.
