Alberto Di Alberto

Biography

Alberto specialises in advisory and litigation work in the area of commercial and corporate law.

During his professional experience, Alberto advised and handled numerous disputes, inter alia, in the areas of sale and purchase contracts, contracts for both works and services, commercial leases, transport, shipping, distribution, agency, atypical brokerage, IT, banking, unfair competition, abuse of economic dependence and corporate matters.

Alberto also specialises in the area of international commercial law.

He acted as arbitrator in complex litigations and is the author of publications on commercial, corporate and international law in sector magazines. He is lecturer of the Master in Business Law at the Sole 24 Ore Business School on contractual matters, as well as speaker at seminars and conferences on litigation and contractual matters.

Alberto graduated in Law at the University Federico II in Naples and obtained a postgraduate diploma in legal practice at the same University and a postgraduate diploma in European Commercial Law at the University Institute of European Studies and International Training Centre of ILO.
