
Aldo Padova
Biography
Aldo supports the Restructuring and Business Crisis practice, focusing on strategic business analysis and corporate turnaround plans.
He is an Engineer and MBA graduate with significant experience in Strategic Consulting and Senior Management.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and completed his academic background with a Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi.
He dedicated the first phase of his professional career to Management Consulting, taking on increasing responsibilities until becoming a Partner at DiEs, part of the international strategic consulting network of Arthur D. Little.
He subsequently held Senior Management positions in leading companies in the logistics sector. His most significant experience was within the Bcube Group, an Italian leader in integrated logistics, where he initially served in Italy as General Manager of the Industrial Division. He later took part in the company’s international expansion, acting as Director of the Asian region and CEO of the Chinese and Indian subsidiaries, living in Shanghai for five years. His final year with the group was spent in Scotland as Managing Director of Bcube UK, where he managed the logistics outsourcing operations for General Electric Oil & Gas.
Another important role was that of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of CILP, the multipurpose port terminal of Livorno, where over a three-year period he led a turnaround process, bringing the company from significant losses back to profitability and restoring the confidence of its clients.
In recent years he has served as Senior Advisor both to companies (in the IT and real estate sectors) and to an international M&A advisory firm specializing in the logistics sector. He also co-founded a startup, Dico Technologies, active in the design of medical devices, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
