Biography
Alessandra specializes in Administrative Law, with a particular focus on matters related to public and private
procurement, project financing, and public-private partnerships in the construction sector.
Before joining the Firm, she gained experience in real estate development and urban regeneration projects, providing
out-of-court advisory services and drafting contracts, while collaborating with leading law firms in Milan.
She earned her Law degree from the University of Bologna, completing part of her studies at the University of Seville
through the Erasmus program. In 2021, she was admitted to the Bar by the Court of Appeal of Bologna and
subsequently registered with the Milan Bar Association.
