Biography
Alessandro collaborates with the Corporate M&A Department.
He graduated in Law from the Catholic University in Milan in February 2025, with full marks, discussing a dissertation in Comparative Constitutional Law that was deemed worthy of special mention.
During his university studies, he spent a semester at KU Leuven in Belgium and carried out research activities at the Université de Toulon – Centre Jean-Claude Escarras in France.
Prior to joining the Firm, he gained professional experience at a sole-practitioner law firm and an international law firm, dealing with civil and commercial litigation, corporate law and extraordinary transactions in the energy sector.
