Alice Bassini

Biography

Alice focuses her practice on corporate crisis and insolvency matters, insolvency proceedings, and judicial administration.

She serves as court-appointed receiver in several judicial liquidation proceedings before the Court of Pavia and as liquidating commissioner in compulsory administrative liquidation proceedings, appointed by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

She has also gained experience in judicial control and judicial administration proceedings, as well as in seizure proceedings under the Italian Anti-Mafia Code.

She is registered with the Register of professionals appointed by the judicial authorities to perform management and supervisory functions in proceedings governed by the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency, and is included in the database of liquidating commissioners maintained by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

She is also registered, under number 4292, with the Register of Judicial Administrators established pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 159 of 6 September 2011.

She also serves as a member of the board of directors of publicly owned companies.

She holds a degree in Business Administration, Management Control and Corporate Finance from the University of Pavia and is registered with the Pavia Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
