Anna Linda focuses on insolvency and corporate law.
She assists companies in a state of crisis through the use of crisis and insolvency regulation tools.
On behalf of the Court, she acts as Curator in judicial liquidations and as Judicial Commissioner in arrangements with creditors.
She takes on the role of Expert in negotiated crisis settlements.
She holds a degree in Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan; is chartered accountant in Milan and auditor.
Anna Linda is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants in Milan and is an Auditor.
