Anna Miotto

Biography

Anna graduated in Law at the University of Ferrara in March 2021, defending a thesis in tax law titled “Energy Taxation and Climate Change: The Italian Perspective”, and is currently a research fellow in Tax Law and International Taxation Law at the same institution.

Prior joining Morri Rossetti, she collaborated with a leading tax consultancy firm in Milan.

Anna has further honed her tax expertise through a PhD program in Business & Law at the University of Bergamo, with a thesis titled “Energy Transition and ESG Criteria: The Role of Taxation in Sustainable Business Activities”, pending the final defence date.

She is the author of several publications in scientific and professional journals and has participated as a speaker in prominent international conferences.

Anna is registered as a trainee lawyer with the Milan Bar Association.
