Antonello Lops

Biography

Antonello is a tax lawyer with deep experience in the taxation of domestic and foreign real estate and investment funds, private equity and private debt transactions, as well as national and cross-border corporate reorganizations and incentive plans for executives and employees.

He also advises clients on wealth and generational planning, tax audits and litigation.

He has taught domestic and international tax law in postgraduate programs at 24ORE Business School in Milan.

In addition to his academic background, he attended the structured finance course at the National University of Singapore and the summer program on international taxation at ITC Leiden.

Antonello holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Bocconi University (Milan) and completed the full-time Tax Law Master’s Program (2011/2012) at 24ORE Business School. 

He is admitted to the Milan Bar and is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
