Eleonora Fazzini

Biography

Eleonora graduated in Law from the University of Macerata in 2022, with a thesis in Civil Procedural Law entitled “The hearing of the child: from third party to active protagonist of Civil Procedure.”

She obtained her licence to practice law in the 2023/2024 session, ranking first in the “Marco Ubertini” award for the Ancona district. She is a member of the Macerata Bar Association.

Her main areas of practice include civil litigation, family law, inheritance law, and wealth management.

She is a contributing author for the IUS Famiglie portal within Lefebvre Giuffrè’s De Jure database and she is currently attending the biennial specialization course in personal, family relations and juvenile law organized by Ondif, of which she is a member.

She graduated in Piano from the Conservatory of Fermo in 2019, a path that allowed her to develop empathetic and organizational skills.
