Biography

Federica is a lawyer with many years of experience in Industrial and Intellectual Property litigation, in particular, in the management of cases concerning patents, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition and copyright.

She assists multinational companies, operating mainly in the packaging, industrial automation, medical device, software, fashion and chemical sectors.

Over the years, she has been assisting Italian and Chinese companies in Intellectual Property Protection litigation.

Her expertise in Chinese Industrial Law is often cited by the most important national and international legal journals, to which she also contributes with her own articles.

Federica has a summa cum laude degree in Law from the University of Perugia, where she lectured in the Industrial Law chair.

She is a speaker at conferences and seminars dedicated to the protection of intellectual property rights in China.

She is a member of LES Italy (Licensing Executives Society) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
