Biography
Federico collaborates with the Employment and Industrial Relations Department, providing both non-contentious and litigation support, at domestic and international levels, concerning the management of employment relationships in all their stages.
He graduated from the University of Insubria in Varese and Como with a thesis entitled: “Differentiated Regionalism and its Application for the Protection of Cultural Heritage.”
Before joining the Firm, Federico gained experience both within corporate environments and later by working with two different boutique law firms specializing in employment law.
He has been registered with the Milan Bar Association as a trainee lawyer since April 2025.
