Biography
After a semester-long internship at the Banking and Financial Arbitrator (an alternative dispute resolution system), Francesco has been working with the Restructuring and Business crisis department since January 2026.
He obtained a Law degree from the Cathlic University in Milan, defending a thesis entitled “Extended Effectiveness Restructuring Agreements.”
He is registered in the Trainee register of the Milan Bar Association.
