Gaetana Legrottaglie

Biography

Gaetana works in the field of legal and administrative support.
She assists professionals with operational tasks and the management of judicial and extrajudicial procedures in civil, administrative, and insolvency matters.

She has gained experience at administrative law firms, handling the preparation and filing of documents with the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR), and contributing to the organization of conferences promoted by the Union of European Lawyers (U.A.E.) and the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers.

She has supported credit recovery activities on behalf of banks, financial institutions, and private entities, also managing enforcement documentation and electronic filings.

She handles insolvency proceedings through the FALLCO portal and related activities at the bankruptcy sections of the Courts.

She holds a diploma in teaching subjects and completed a professional training course for software programmers organized by the Lombardy Region in collaboration with the European Community and Digital company.
