Biography
Laura works mainly in ordinary civil litigation with a focus on civil law.
As a result of her experience to date, she has acquired a broad expertise in Family Law, delving into issues relating both to marriage crises and protection of minors, as well as new family realities such as the termination of cohabitation and the protection of ex-partner more uxorio, and issues related to inheritance law and inter-family and para-family property transfers.
Laura also specializes in the area of international and EU Family Law, advising on and managing numerous international successions, prenuptial agreements and Wealth Management activities with transnational profiles.
Laura is the General Counsel of the Firm and handles all legal, insurance, contractual and credit management matters for the Firm.
She is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court.
