Leonardo Avalos

Biography

Leonardo collaborates with the Tax Department, dealing mainly with International Taxation.

He provides assistance in the advice rendered to Italian and foreign companies and corporate groups on tax issues, deepens subjects related to corporate and individual taxation, with focus oriented mainly to the subject of cross-border transactions, and contributes in specialized disclosure projects.

Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan - Bicocca, Leonardo discussed a thesis in Tax Law entitled "The principle of ability to pay: comparative analysis with the legal system of Peru."

After a brief experience in one of the Big4, he has been collaborating in Morri Rossetti since May 2024 and is registered as a Practitioner at the Milan Bar Association.
