Biography
Maria Paola deals with corporate and commercial law, extraordinary transactions and capital markets. She also works for the Research Center.
Prior joining Morri Rossetti, she gained experience in leading Italian and international firms, both in Italy and abroad.
After spending a year at the Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense in Paris, in February 2015 she graduated in Law with honors at the Catholic University in Milan.
She was an assistant in Comparative Law at the Law department of the Catholic University of Milan.
She is member of the Italian Bar – Milan.
