Biography
Maria Sole is part of the Litigation department.
Prior to joining Morri Rossetti & Franzosi, she gained experience in litigation in the NPL and UTP sector, representing the creditor side, at a renowned law firm based in Milan.
She graduated in Law from the Bocconi University in Milan, with a thesis in civil law entitled “Pre-contractual liability and the duty of good faith of the parties.”
Maria Sole was admitted to the bar in 2022 and is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
