Marina De Cesare

Biografia

Marina focus on bankruptcy law and procedures.

She acts as bankruptcy trustee/official receiver and liquidator in insolvency proceedings upon the appointment of court. She assists debtors in crisis regulation instruments. She is also active in teaching sector on the subject of corporate crises.

As co-author and as curator, she works with the leading Italian publishing houses.

After graduating, at the University of Turin, with a thesis in bankruptcy law, she has gained her professional experience at law firms in Turin e leading firm in Milan specializing on bankruptcy procedures and restructuring; she is a lawyer at the Court of Milan.
